Areas of Interest:
We have been developing a unique and advanced expression system based on yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe (ASPEX). The expression systems are useful for the production of various proteins including cytoplasmic, membrane bound and secreted proteins. The complete analysis of the signal sequence of S. pombe P-factor resulted in the construction of the efficient expression vector for the secreted proteins.
