Areas of Interest:
Research interests are focused upon using molecular and systems biology based approaches to investigate the constraints upon recombinant protein production, particularly from in vitro cultured mammalian cells. The information gathered from such studies is then used to manipulate cells to try and improve recombinant protein production and facilitate downstream bioprocessing. We also have an interest in protein formulation and stabilization.
